In the army discussion below troop types are described in the format:
Light Foot (Brittle -2): 1 pts each
+3/+2, missile defense +3, move 5 MU
Which means (for this example) that the base troop type to be used in Fantasy Triumph is Light Foot, and they should have the Brittle battle card. Brittle reduces the cost by 2 points. The base cost of Light Foot is 3 pts, so with Brittle each stand costs 1 point. The numbers that follow are the combat factors and movement as specified in Fantasy Triumph (as modified by the battle cards).
These two kaiju are giant beetles, heavily armored and capable of dishing and taking immense damage.
The best representation for these kaiju in Fantasy Triumph is:
Behemoth (Deadly +2, Armored +1/2, Massive +0, Fast +1/2, Away +1/2): 7.5 pts each
+6/+5, missile defense +3 (with Armored), move 5 MU
Mucastos
Xixorax
Mantacon
These two kaiju are faster and lighter, perhaps more deadly but also more fragile than their compatriots, based on wasp and praying mantis phenotypes.
The best representation for these kaiju in Fantasy Triumph is:
Knight (Deadly +2, Armored +1/2, Massive +1, Flying Fast +2): 9.5 pts each
+4/+5, missile defense +1 (with Armored), move 8 MU
Dynastavus
The most mobile and irritating troops of the Savage Swarm.
The best representation for these forces in Fantasy Triumph is:
Skirmisher (Flying Fast +5): 6 pts each
+2/+1, missile defense +2, move 8 MU
A phalanx of these bad boys can even defeat a kaiju.
The best representation for these forces in Fantasy Triumph is:
Pike (Armored +1/2): 3.5 pts each
+3/+4, missile defense +3 with Armored, move 3 MU
Vice Pinchers
Vice Pincher Phalanx Fighting in Formation
Effective infantry in difficult terrain.
The best representation for these forces in Fantasy Triumph is:
Light Foot (no battle cards): 3 pts each
+3/+2, missile defense +3, move 5 MU
Tough close-order foot.
The best representation for these forces in Fantasy Triumph is:

The best representation for these forces in Fantasy Triumph is:

The Savage Swarm has little in the way of mobile troops; Cliff Hoppers are the best of these.
The best representation for these forces in Fantasy Triumph is:
Bad Horse (Flying Slow +1): 4 pts each
+2/+2, missile defense +1, move 6 MU
Smaller (and way more numerous) than Dire Ants, these troops are so cheap that Savage Swarm armies almost always outnumber their foes in battle.
The best representation for these forces in Fantasy Triumph is:
Rabble (no battle cards): 2 pts each
+2/+1, missile defense +2, move 4 MU
The figures for these units are soft plastic toy ants available in bags of hundreds for cheap.
Fantasy Triumph hero stands for the Savage Swarm suffer a similar problem to that of the Terrasaurs -- figures don't exist to support such, and even if they did, hive-mind entities like the Savage Swarm don't naturally lend themselves to individualism and specialized enhancements.
With that said, the MonPoc figure releases included a clear plastic Spy Fly that has some interesting potential.
