These are all Gladiator figures, carved by Josef Ochmann. Gladiator went out of business maybe around 2008 or 2010, but the molds and rights to the figures have been bought and resurfaced at least twice since then; they are currently available through Fighting 15s.
These guys took a LOT of painting time.
