Arnor was founded by the Faithful after the fall of Numenor; it had good relations with the Elven Kingdom of Lindon.
This army list covers the Kingdom of Arnor from its founding to the death of King Eärendur (TA 861), at which point his kingdom was split into three kingdoms for his sons to prevent civil war: Arthedain, Cardolan, and Rhudaur. Rhudaur has a separate list; Arthedain and Cardolan are covered by another list.
